Comparable Property Analysis is a service of O’Connor & Associates, LP. Please read this Agreement completely before using Comparable Property Analysis. Anyone who uses Comparable Property Analysis is a User. If the terms are not acceptable, please leave the site and do not use the service. The written content of this document forms our entire Agreement.

Please do not use this service if you are under 18 years of age. If you use this agreement, you are affirming you are at least 18 years old.

User agrees Terms of Use will be construed in accordance with laws of the State of Texas. User agrees to exclusive venue of state district and federal courts in Houston, Harris County, Texas. By using this site, User agrees to waive any right to requesting venue in another location.

Cost to Use Site
There is no cost to use this site for your personal use in identifying comparable properties.

Warranty
O’CONNOR & ASSOCIATES DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING ANY ASPECTS OF ANY PROPERTY LISTED IN THE COMPARABLE PROPERTY ANALYSIS. O’CONNOR & ASSOCIATES DOES NO DUE DILIGENCE OR RESEARCH ON ANY PROPERTIES WHICH USE OR ARE LISTED IN THE COMPARABLE PROPERTY ANALYSIS. USER AGREES NOT TO BRING ANY CLAIM AGAINST O’CONNOR & ASSOCIATES. DUE TO THE DIFFICULTY OF CALCULATING ACTUAL DAMGES, USER AGREES THE MAXIMUM DAMAGES AND CLAIM AS A RESULT OF THIS SITE IS THE COST TO USE THE SITE.

USER AGREES ANY CLAIMS WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT THROUGH CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.

Unenforceable Terms
If any term is found to be legally unenforceable, User agrees that terms will be enforced as closely as possible to what is in this agreement. In addition, if any term is found legally unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in full force and effect. User agrees any ambiguous language will be interpreted in favor of O’Connor & Associates.

Entire Agreement
User agrees this is the entire Agreement and that it has not been and can not be modified verbally. User agrees the only option to alter this Agreement is in writing. User agrees not to use this service (Comparable Property Analysis) if this Agreement is not acceptable.
