OFFICIAL REWARDS FOR REFERRALS RULES
1. HOW TO ENTER: Promotion begins April 21, 2006, and ends May 31, 2006. To enter, a current client of O'Connor & Associates must refer to O'Connor & Associates no later than May 31, 2006, the name and phone number of a non-client individual. All referrals must be made via O'Connor & Associates' web site, mail, or phone at 713-290-9700.
2. QUALIFICATIONS: The referring client must know the individual being referred and have that individual¹s permission to be contacted by O'Connor & Associates. The referred individual must own property in the counties of Harris, Ft. Bend, Montgomery, Galveston, Brazoria, Dallas, Denton, Collin, Tarrant, Travis, Jefferson, Williamson, Waller or Bexar. In order for your name to be added to the pool of potential prizewinners, each individual referred by you must complete and sign required documents to become a client of O'Connor & Associates no later than June 30, 2006.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to people eighteen (18) years or older on date of entry. Winners must be current clients of O'Connor & Associates Property Tax Reduction Services as of April 21, 2006. Current and former employees of O'Connor & Associates and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law, rule, regulation or ordinance. By participating, you agree to these Official Rewards for Referrals Rules and to the announcement of winners, which will be final and binding in all respects.
4. PRIZES/ODDS: The Grand Prize is a $10,000 vacation for a winning client. There is only one (1) Grand Prize available. Ten (10) second prize $500 weekend getaways and 50 third prizes, winners¹ choice between a $200 Landry's Gift Card or iPod nano, are also available. Odds of winning prizes depend on the number of new clients acquired as a result of referrals made during this offer period. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prizes will only be awarded upon winner validation and verification. Decisions of O'Connor & Associates are final. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner(s).
5. NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZES: Determination of winners will occur by July 15, 2006. Winners of prizes will be notified via phone or mail. Your current phone number is required. Winners will receive their prizes by first-class U.S. Mail. If you wish to be notified of the Grand Prize winner at the completion of the contest, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
