If your protest deadline has not expired we will be happy to file your protest on your behalf or walk you through the process of filing your own protest, depending on how much time remains prior to your deadline.

Please click the green button below to authorize us to represent you at the appraisal district and in pursuing lower property taxes for you. Appraisal districts require an “appointment of agent” for us to represent you at the informal hearing and the appraisal review board hearing. You may cancel the appointment of agent at any time by notifying the appraisal district in writing. You may also cancel our agreement at any time by emailing or writing us. The appointment of agent contains two date fields you can populate or leave null. Most clients leave them null to avoid having to complete forms each year. The first date field is the date the our authority to represent you ends. The second date is the when mail regarding your hearing dates and other material mailed from the appraisal district end. All tax bills will continue to be send to you either way. The field for mailing is for notices of value, hearing notices and appraisal review board results. Filling in an expiration date will cause our authority to represent you at a protest hearing to expire on the specified date. Please be aware that if your protest hearing is scheduled for a date after the date you enter, we will not be able to represent you at the hearing unless we receive a new appointment of agent form. You have the option of leaving the expiration date blank which will allow us to represent you until you terminate your service agreement or contact the appraisal district to revoke the form. The majority of our clients prefer to leave the expiration date blank so that we can represent them each year without having to secure new paperwork. We firmly believe that in order to keep your property taxes at their lowest it is best to protest each and every year. CAUTION! Filling in a date will cause us to stop receiving your tax notices after the specified date. Please be aware that we cannot ensure that important filing deadlines are met if we do not receive your tax notices. You have the option of leaving this field blank which will allow us to receive your tax notices until this form is revoked. The majority of our clients prefer that we receive their protest notices so they will not have the burden of forwarding the notice to us in time to meet the filing deadlines.
